Terms and conditions

1. Scope

AssetWire.pro runs an online platform where senders and drivers arrange transports. AssetWire.pro acts as an intermediary and is not itself a carrier unless expressly agreed.

2. Registration

Users must provide truthful information and meet the minimum age of their country. Drivers are verified before approval.

3. Contract

The transport contract is concluded between sender and driver as soon as an offer is accepted or an instant option is booked.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before booking. Payment is made via the platform in USDT, BTC or other offered methods. The platform keeps a commission of 15%.

5. Senders' duties

No prohibited goods, correct information on contents, weight and value, safe packaging.

6. Drivers' duties

Careful transport, compliance with traffic rules, confirmation of pickup and delivery in the app.

7. Liability and claims

Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Liability is limited to the declared value.

8. Gold membership

The membership runs for one year from payment and is only extended by renewal or, if enabled, automatically from earnings.

9. Suspension

In case of violations AssetWire.pro may suspend accounts and hold back payouts.

10. Final provisions

The law at the registered office of AssetWire.pro applies.
