Discreet

Names are shortened ("Sara K."). Address, contact and phone are only shown to the driver after accepting.

If something goes wrong

Incidents (lost, damaged, driver unreachable) are detected automatically or reported. Our operations team arranges a replacement and holds back payouts until everything is clear.

Weapons, drugs, dangerous goods, cash and more are excluded – see the list of prohibited goods.
