Data we process
- Account: name, e-mail, phone, country, language
- Drivers: ID and verification documents, vehicle data, wallet address
- Jobs: addresses, photos, chat, ratings
- Location: the driver's GPS during an active job
- Technical: IP address (for security and country detection, stored only as a hash), cookies for session, language, currency and theme
Purpose
Arranging and handling transports, payments and payouts, security and fraud prevention, support.
Sharing
With the respective contract partner only as needed (e.g. the address after acceptance). Payment providers for card payments. No sharing for advertising.
Retention
As long as the account exists and legal retention duties require.
